Executive Committee and Board of Trustees Meetings and Minutes

The Executive Committee (EC) is a subcommittee of the Council and is empowered to act for the Council on matters which have been delegated to the EC by the Council.

The Board of Trustees (BT) is the body that conducts the business affairs of the Society. The BT sets fiscal policy and has the deciding voice on all financial affairs.

The Executive Committee and Board of Trustees meet jointly twice a year (May and November) at ECBT meetings.
