Travel Grants

The AMS administers several travel grant programs, some funded by donations to the AMS, others by outside funding from sources such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).

AMS Fellowships and Scholarships

The AMS administers or supports several fellowship programs including the AAAS-AMS Mass Media Fellowships, the AMS-AAAS Congressional Fellowship, the American Mathematical Society Centennial Fellowships, and the Waldemar J. Trjitzinsky Memorial Awards.

Funding for Projects in Undergraduate Education

The AMS encourages the mathematical community to apply to the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education for grants that support college-level education initiatives.  There are many funding opportunities for projects in undergraduate education.
