The purpose of the Username Lookup function is to assist userswho have forgotten their username. A link to Username Lookup is also available from the initial sign in screen.

Information you will need to provide:

• Primary Email Address

If you do not know this information, please contact AMS Customer Services for assistance.

Steps to follow for Username Lookup:

• Enter your primary email address.
• Click the Submit button.
• Your Username will be sent to your primary email address.Your password will be automatically reset and the new password will be sent in the same email message with your Username.
• To continue, click the Sign In link located on the top navigational bar.
• Once you sign in, you can change your password
