Permissions
Authors must obtain written permission for the use of any material, including graphics, photographs, and text, appearing in their Work which comes from any other source and was previously published or owned by another author or publisher. Permissions must be obtained for both print and electronic rights and must be free of any restrictions which may limit the AMS's ability for itself or through licensees to produce, publish, promote, and distribute the Work in any territory, any language, and any medium now known or hereafter discovered. Permissions which include restrictions may result in the material being omitted from the Work.
Authors are encouraged to use the Journals Permission Form to request written permission. Additional help is available by email or from the

Written permission for use of material in both print and electronic media should be sent to the AMS along with the final manuscript.
