Applicants who have scheduled interviews are directed to an Applicant Waiting area. The Employer enters this room to greet and escort the applicant to the interview table. Also, a quiet "Reference area" is provided. The area contains college guides and books of advice about academic job-seeking. Staff are on hand to help with questions.
