Abstract:

Let $X/S$ and $Xā€™/Sā€™$ be two Del Pezzo fibrations of degrees $d$, $dā€™$ respectively. Assume that $X$ and $Xā€™$ differ by a flop. Then we prove that $d=dā€™$ and give a short list of values of other basic numerical invariants of $X$ and $Xā€™$.
