Toyo Ito and Cecil Balmond have designed and built a temporary pavilion inLondon's Hyde Park whose "floors and walls dissolve into an intricate web ofinterpenetrating squares, triangles and irregular polygons generated by analgorithm." Kemp gives the algorithm in the article as well as pictures of thepavilion, which has a square base 17 meters per side and is 4.5 meters high.--- Mike Breen
