Description

As usual there will be special sessions at IWOTA 2013. Proposals should be submitted to iwota2013@gmail.com and should contain a brief description of the session and a preliminary list of speakers and tentative lecture titles. We plan to have at least eight special sessions and each session will have between six to eight hours of time.
