ThemeNurturing the Future Generation of Mathematics Researchers in African Universities. DescriptionThe conference will be organized in plenary and parallel sessions of oral presentations. The Conference paper presentation sessions will be preceded by a number of 2-day schools (August 12 and 13) on broad research topics of contemporary interest and relevance. ObjectiveThe objective of this conference is to provide mathematics researchers from around the world, with particular focus on Africa, to discuss latest developments and share their research results in contemporary areas of mathematics research and applications. This conference also intends to promote and explore new collaborations and farther existing partnerships among the international mathematics community, and in particular, young researchers in Eastern Africa.
