Volunteer for an AMS Committee or Nominate a Colleague

The AMS has over 100 committees staffed by volunteers. Your nominations for committee members are reviewed by the Committee on Committees, which then recommends appointments to the President. Nominations for officers (President, Vice President) and other elected positions (Trustee, Council Member at Large, members of the Nominating Committee and the Editorial Boards Committee) are reviewed by the Nominating Committee, which then recommends a slate of nominees to the Council for open elections.
