The AMS-IMS-SIAM Joint Summer Research Conference "Integer Points in Polyhedra--Geometry, Number Theory, Representation Theory, Algebra, Optimization, Statistics" was held in Snowbird, Utah in June 2006. This proceedings volume contains research and survey articles originating from the conference.
